Enloe's "Heart & Sole" is making wellness fun and making a difference for our community! Join us on SATURDAY, APRIL 22 for the 3rd Annual Heart & Sole: Run for Wellness. Choose a timed 5k run or one-mile walk. After the run, enjoy healthy snacks and activities for the whole family.

Proceeds will benefit Enloe Medical Center's future Cardiovascular Care Center.

Event Schedule:

• 7 a.m.  |  Final packet pick-up & Same-day registration
• 8 a.m.  |  Welcome
• 8:15 a.m.  |  Warm-up
• 8:30 a.m.  |  5k start
• 8:45 a.m.  |  1-mile start

Registration Fees:

• General Entry: $25
• Seniors (65+): $15
• Kids (7-12): $10
• 6 & Under: No Charge

Includes:

• Short-sleeve technical t-shirt for adult and senior participants (while supplies last, quantities are limited)
• A special treat for kids
• A fun and engaging warm-up before the run
• Refreshments and more after the run
