Second Stage Kids Acting Classes - Feb 11 

IS YOUR KID INTERESTED IN ACTING? DO YOU WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS?  This is the class for YOU!

This class will focus on Theater and performing for the stage. We will take those students that show the most potential and desire to further their career as an Actor, then mold and shape the talent that they currently posses, bringing them closer to being a well rounded professional Actor. During this journey they will learn memorization techniques, along with how to break a script down and developing there character's. These students will collectively choose one piece from a pre-selected crop of scripts, which they would like to perform at the end of our 8 week session. 

Saturdays 3-4:30 pm

$25 for the CLASS

Course instructor is Ali Amin Carter, an accomplished Actor and Model with a career spanning over 10 years. Originally from the south side of Chicago, Ali moved to Atlanta three yeas ago and recently performed in Kenny Leon's True Colors Theater Company's "The Colored Museum", directed by Jasmine Guy. Some of his other credits include the Pulitzer Prize winning play, "Ruined" by Lynn Nottage at The Goodman Theater in collaboration with The Manhattan Theater Club in which he was part of the original cast. He has also worked for Congo Square, Urban Theater Company, Lookingglass & The Court Theater along with many more accredited Chicago theaters.

CANCELLATION

ALL CLASS,  WORKSHOP AND/OR SERIES FEES AND CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.  There is no cancellation right or refund for a class, workshop, or series that you miss.  If a class, workshop, or series is cancelled because the minimum number of students is not reached for that class, workshop or series, we will find a suitable make-up class for you within two months of the initial class.  

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
By registering any Class, Workshop or Series, You acknowledge that the activities carry certain risks for participants. Further, by registering, You releases and indemnify The Green Room Actor's Lounge LLC, its  employees, owners, agents, leaders, instructors, contractors or volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, loss or injury to person or property, caused during participation in the activity. This release and indemnity is intended to be as broad as permitted by law.
