An intensive 8 week program for parents, partners/spouses, siblings & friends of those with BPD. The TARA Method teaches evidence based treatment techniques that will decrease intensity and frequency of upsetting episodes and help repair family relationships while honoring your motivation, intelligence, love and commitment to your loved one.
