Mental Health First Aid for Adult Care Givers

This FREE training is provided through a grant from the McGregor Foundation for people who care for or interact with seniors (Aged 55 & older). Mental Health First Aid is an eight-hour course that teaches how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health.
