Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an eight-hour course, taught over 2 days, that teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.
PLEASE NOTE THE MHFA COURSE IS SCHEDULED FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS WHICH YOU MUST ATTEND: THURSDAY, APRIL 6 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM AND FRIDAY, APRIL 7 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
