California has a new approach to measuring a project’s traffic impacts:  Vehicle Miles Traveled, or “VMT” for short.  Now under CEQA, instead of analyzing how a project impacts nearby intersections and streets, projects will need to measure how far their typical resident or employee will drive everyday and compare that to a local or regional average.  Infill projects are generally at an advantage, but the devil is in the details.  Join us for this informative webinar to learn from one of the experts, Katy Cole of Fehr & Peers, how these new regulations could affect your projects.
