Over the last few months, both the State and Federal regulatory agencies have dramatically changed their wetlands regulations, but for vastly different reasons.  The U.S. EPA has braved litigation to produce the Navigable Waters Protection Rule, which has eliminated much of what used to be under the jurisdiction of the Army Corps of Engineers.  The State Water Resources Control Board responded with a “we’ll see about that” and has significantly tightened State wetlands regulations.   Hear at the BIA’s informative webinar from local wetlands experts what to expect and what you can do.
