Therapeutic Yoga for Headaches

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the nature of different types of headaches, including muscular, vascular, tension, sinus, and migraine. We’ll explore yogic approaches through asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation to ease headache frequency and pain. Although geared for headache sufferers, this workshop will be beneficial for anyone dealing with face, jaw, neck, shoulder or upper back pain.
