Berkshire United Way Day of Action Volunteer Event

Join Berkshire United Way as it celebrates the National Summer Learning Day on Friday, June 19 with children and families from all over Berkshire County. Volunteer your time and talent, along with your friends and co-workers, at various activities.

• Companies can send teams of employees to get them engaged in volunteering by first building their team, selecting an organizational volunteer activity of their choice (like building a life size board game, bringing a bouncy  house, getting a dunk tank or creating a food/resource/book table) and then volunteering to get that activity set-up and managed the day of the event.
• We're asking individuals to sign up to help guide children and families on Story Walks or help man a resource/snack table.

Hundreds of children and families from all over will participate in this celebration of National Summer Learning Day - think of some creative activities you and your team could provide, and then make it happen!

• Prizes for BEST VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY will be awarded, so start thinking of what you and your team will do - and make it fun!
