Detroit World Outreach (DWO) is sponsoring an Open House Event on Sunday, March 12, 2017 @ 3:00 PM. The Open House will feature 4 events including:
2. A Town Hall debate will be held including students from Howard University, University of Michigan and Oakland University. This discussion will be moderated by Dr. Clarence Nixon, Jr., Founder of t.Lab.
3. t.Lab, founded in 2007, is a premier technology-based high performance learning center focusing on students in grades pre-K through 12. t.Lab provides each student with a unique curriculum that emphasizes academic, leadership, and research and development disciplines. Students consistently rank in the 95th percentile, or better, on the ACT Exam. Since 2010, our students’ exceptional academic performances have led to over $10M in academic scholarships.
4. Joseph Business School (JBS) at Detroit World Outreach or JBSDWO, is a 36 course entrepreneurial program that integrates biblical principles and practical business concepts to prepare entrepreneurs and individuals to raise and grow companies while creating wealth. There are 17 JBS campuses throughout the world including the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Brazil.
There will be refreshments and time to network with each of the programs. Our vision is to be an integral partner in exposing our community to various programs that can potentially change the economic climate of our communities. We would like to share with you, our capabilities and facilities to help grow and enhance the quality of life of the people in Southeastern Michigan.
