Justin Harrison
Double Diamond, Master Founding IPC
Justin and Keriann Harrison, along with their six young boys, are living their dream-all because they took a total leap of faith several years ago. After resigning from his position as director of sales at a large network marketing company, he was considering many different career options. With the support of his wife Keriann, Justin committed their future to doTERRA. Although this was a leap of faith for the young, growing family, they leaped with confidence. "It was scary to leave security, benefits, a salary. People thought we were crazy, but we knew it was the right move," explained Justin. Both Justin and Keriann agree that the sacrifice in the beginning was worth it. doTERRA has allowed them to not only gain financial independence but to also hlep serve others in ways they had only dreamed of.
Pat Leavitt
Diamond, US Founder
Pat Leavitt was born June 23 (year is not your business), in Mesquite, Nevada. Lived with her family in Las Vegas, graduated from High School and married Nolan Leavitt. We have five amazing, wonderful children and equally amazing grandchildren (9).
Nolan and I retired in 1998, he from his Truck Lot and his development company, me from an Interior Design Firm, and we moved to St. George Utah. I helped my cousin with his kitchen store in St. George and started a televised cooking show called "Cooking Simple". Along with traveling the country I also put together cooking shows for about 6 years.
In 2008 Wendy invited me to attend a meeting to learn about a new company (there was no name yet). And so began my journey with doTerra. It has changed our lives and we have helped many people with health and wellness. I am so grateful for the people I've met, the experiences I've had and the knowledge I have acquired.
Not many people know what they are going to do for the rest of their life. But we do! This journey with doTerra is one of faith and and trust in our fearless leaders.
Wendy James
Presidential Diamond, US Founder
Rob and Wendy James were invited to attend the first dTERRA meeting by company President and long-time friend David Stirling. After meeting with the company Executives and trying the dTERRA oils, they began sharing oils with everyone they knew. Since the company had just launched, Rob and Wendy knew it was important to familiarize people with the company name and products, so they also hosted parties, events, classes, and booths at expos. “At the end of our first month with dTERRA, we had earned more money with Fast Start bonuses than we had earned in the previous ten years,” shared Rob.
“We have such peace of mind now—both financially and physically,” expressed Wendy. When asked what the key to their continued success has been, Wendy and Rob both agreed that it’s education. “Education is the key to our team’s success,” explained Rob. “The more educated people are about how to use the oils, the more they use the products. We also encourage our team members to work on self-improvement. You have to have that dream—that desire. It’s not IF it’s going to happen, it’s WHEN it’s going to happen,” stated Rob.
Casey Robertson
Diamond
Determined to fire his boss, Casey Robertson jumped at the chance to join his wife Melissa in creating a strong doTERRA business. With a focus on lasting relationships, keeping things simple, creative training, and consistent, sustained effort, their business has grown to a level they only dreamed possible.
Casey now enjoys travelling, training, presenting and eating airport cuisine; all without having to report to a dream-crushing, blood-sucking vampire boss.
Doug Castor
Diamond
Doug and Rachelle Castor watched as their once-successful franchise began draining their financial assets. As Doug and Rachelle pooled their resources, they realized the strength that came from working together. Rachelle shared, “Together, we really are better. We complement each other.” The Castors decided to approach their dTERRA business as a partnership.
The Castors teach that the secret to building a successful team is finding people who you want to build a partnership with and then teaching them to do the same. Doug and Rachelle Castor have learned that complementary relationships are not just limited to people. Rachelle shares, “I love that essential oils complement western medicine. That dTERRA complements a women’s natural strength in business. Most of all, I love that we complement each other as we work together.”
