2016 Roundtable @ Sunshine Coast

Mooloolaba, Queensland

Hosted by Sunshine Coast Airport

August 17-19, 2016

Ailevon Pacific Aviation Consulting and The Quotient Group are proud to present the inaugural Roundtable for Airport Marketing and Route Development in the Asia Pacific region. For 17 years, Airport Roundtables have been the most intimate and accessible Marketing and Route Development event for airports in North America. Participants interact with industry counterparts and airline representatives in an intimate setting that encourages conversation and engagement.

Confirmed guests include:

Airline participants scheduled to attend as of 12 August 2016:

  • Simon Kleinsorge – Manager Network Planning, Air New Zealand
  • Kashyapa Manamperi – Manager, Domestic Network, Qantas
  • Paul Bredereck - Managing Director Airlines, Jetgo
  • Jim Fuoco – Head of Network & Schedules Analysis, Jetstar
  • Leah Fletcher - Velocity Frequent Flyer
  • Matthew Yarrow - Manager, Network Planning International

About the Roundtable

There’s no peddling (we allow our sponsor – Destination Sunshine Coast - a quick presentation, and that’s it). The rest of the time, it’s airlines talking about what they’re seeing in the industry, or what the other participants are seeing in their markets. We do a quick intro to highlight some key issues we think will frame the conversations. The whole point of the event is to allow for these sort of interactions between markets, and between markets and airlines (and occasionally between airlines).

We run these Roundtables because our clients love them, the airlines love them, and we think it helps when you get to hear airlines’ needs from the airlines directly. Airport participants usually name the fact that they get to have detailed conversations with the airlines and their peers in a relaxed, social environment as their favourite feature.

The programme is lightly-moderated, and each session is themed (an airline, a particular issue an airport is facing, trends in social media/marketing/the industry). Most participants take something unique out of the event (perhaps a conversation over a drink with a network planner, or a contact from another airport who’s done what you’re about to do).  We limit participation to a maximum of 45 people, so there are plenty of opportunities for quality interactions – but it also means that places are extremely limited

Please consider joining us in Sunshine Coast in August!

The registration fee this year is just $900 + GST.  This includes conference space and all meals during the event.

Note: Registrations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event will be fully refunded.  Within 30 days, registrations will be refunded at 50%.

We look forward to seeing you on the Sunshine Coast!
