Kevin Quilty; Vice President. Kevin J. Quilty joined the Foundation in 2012 and is responsible for the asset development, marketing, and outreach efforts for the Community Foundation of Ulster County. His community commitment is also apparent through his volunteerism and civic engagements in the region. He currently serves in the following capacities: Vice President of the Business Alliance of Kingston, Kingston Mendelssohn Club (and past president) the Kingston Uptown Business Association (and past president) and serves as Government Affairs Chair on the board of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Sally Cross, CFRE; Vice President, Philanthropy. Sally has worked in the nonprofit sector for decades, focusing on development and marketing. In her role at the Community Foundations she is the in-house authority on planned giving. In addition, she is an adjunct instructor in Bay Path University's graduate Nonprofit Fundraising program, where she teaches Major Gifts & Capital Campaigns and Planned Giving. Sally currently serves on the board of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council and the Wallkill Valley Land Trust.
