The Voice of Experience:
Young Adults and Their Parents Reflect on Love and Limits
Come hear from parents and youth who have navigated their way through the middle and high school years here onBainbridge. We will ask questions and hear stories. There will be laughter and maybe even tears. We will begin with planned questions and then invite questions from you. Parents and their kids will share their perspectives and respond to the same questions:
How would you describe your time/your child's time during the middle and high school years?
How did you make sense of your parent's/your child's behavior during those years?What might've worked better for you/What could you have done differently?
How did you let your teenager know you loved them even when it was tough?
