2018 Welcoming Michigan Statewide Convening & MCIRR Summit: Coming Together for Our Communities

Welcoming Michigan and the Michigan Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (MCIRR) are excited to join forces to host a combined gathering of community members, immigrant rights advocates, and municipal partners committed to creating more inclusive and welcoming communities. Light breakfast and full lunch will be provided. Our goal is to make the event accessible to as many people as possible, so we've developed tiered ticket pricing. The standard cost for this event is $40 per person, and we request attendees from established institutions such as government agencies and large non-profits to cover the full-price. If you are an individual community member or staff from a small organization that may struggle to justify the cost of gas to attend, we suggest $25 as a subsidized ticket. If you are attending with very limited funds, we invite you to choose our $10 ticket for students and individuals who are underemployed or on a fixed income. Help sustain the event by contributing as much as you can! If cost is a barrier for you, please contact Meagan at mroche@michiganimmigrant.org to coordinate alternative payment plans.

Registration will close when we reach capacity or on September 6th, whichever comes first. Please note that last year we sold out.
