As a year of challenge moves into this season of change, we invite you to join us on a journey of personal reflection and transformation.
Now in its fifth year, Floricane's Winter of Self Reflection program continues to evolve to reflect our learning, and the changes we all are confronting in the world. Join us for this newly designed, three session experience to deepen your own personal understanding, and to transform your reflections into action.
Whether you are seeking to shape yourself, or to contribute to change on a larger scale, Winter of Self Reflection will help clarify your vision for the future, and chart a course for how to get there.
We believe that the best resolutions are deeply anchored by aspiration and vision -- and that meaningful change starts with personal transformation.

Winter of Self Reflection will be facilitated by Serena Fulton and held as a virtual workshop over three Thursday evenings.
(January 28, February 4, and February 11)
Session 1
Lasting behavior change is rooted first in knowing yourself and what matters to you most. We’ll explore the identify, values, and beliefs that shape who you are, how you show up, and what you commit to.

Session 2
Craft a vision for the future you want to live into. We will explore why change can be hard and offer a framework that breaks down the change process into digestible steps.

Session 3
Our final session is all about action. You will identify commitments in service to your vision and strategies for making behaviors stick.

The Winter of Self Reflection series includes:

Three 2-hour sessions full of dynamic content, personal reflection, and group discussion ~ An engaging peer learning space to spark and exchange ideas ~
A workbook tailored to guide you through the workshop activities ~ Prompts that will continue your personal reflection post-workshop
Sick of screen time? No worries.
We will be incorporating breathing and meditation practices, writing prompts, and plenty of breaks to give your eyes a break and keep all of your senses engaged.
