With the coming of Spring, Nature moves into a phase of renewal, growth and expansion. In this immersion we will dive into a sweet and deep Restorative Yoga practice aimed at aligning ourselves with the emergence of the season. Very gentle yoga poses, supported by bolsters, blankets, pillows and sandbags will be held for extended periods of time. This will allow us to surrender layers of deeply held stress and tension, rediscovering our natural state of calm and spaciousness. Reiki will be offered to encourage energy balancing in both body and mind.
