Selling Techniques for Small Businesses

The Good News:  Your Marketing Campaign is a success!!   Potential clients are waiting for you to contact them.

The Bad News:  Your knees are knocking at the prospect of making a sales call.  And, there are potential clients that you need to see....how to get the appointment????  Fear not, the Sales process can be learned.  SCORE Vancouver offers this Seminar to help you prepare to get that appointment and make the sale.  When you finish the class you will: 

  • Have a plan for your sales call
  • Know how to avoid the 4 deadly mistakes that salesmen make
  • Have a basic SWOT analysis of you and your competitors, and a features and benefit list for each.
  • Know how to optimize leads
  • Realize why a brochure can be dangerous     
  • Understand why objections are your best Friend 

To encourage participation, this class is limited to 6 attendees and will sell out!   Please register early if you wish to attend. The Seminar will be led by Vancouver SCORE Volunteer Susan St. John who has more than 35 years business and business education experience.  If you wish, SCORE will further help you personalize your Sales plan in a later confidential business mentoring session.  There is no cost for this service from SCORE.
