ABOUT FRANK FOTI:

Frank J. Foti serves as the President & CEO of Vigor Industrial, which has major facilities in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.  Born and raised in Ohio, Frank attended Miami University and then headed to Oregon to work with cable TV providers.  He returned to Ohio to run the family’s small construction business, increasing revenues by 260 percent before selling it, returning to Oregon, and buying the Portland shipyard.  Since then, Vigor has grown from the single shipyard to operations in eight locations with 2,000 people.  Annual revenues have grown from $40 million to $500 million...READ MORE

ABOUT COL BOB OBRIEN

Colonel Bob O’Brien was commissioned in the Infantry in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy.  As a lieutenant, he served as an infantry platoon leader, scout platoon leader and company executive officer in the 101st Airborne Division.  As a captain, he served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega, Georgia, where he also earned a Master of Public Administration Degree.  In 2000, he deployed to Kosovo, then commanded two infantry companies in the 1st Infantry Division in Vilseck, Germany...READ MORE
