With over 25 years of multifaceted experience, Debra’s leadership enables organizations to identify and reap the benefits of implementing quality systems, lean manufacturing and office, and project management systems. As part of this experience, she has implemented environmental management and compliance systems. Her background and experience includes design, engineering, service and manufacturing business environments.  She has a MS degree in Metallurgical Engineering, from Columbia University, and BS in Biology from Willamette University.

Debra specializes in growing and improving organizations using a practical, proven combination of management systems and process engineering tools. Debra’s methodology is based on personal insights into organization priorities, dynamics, readiness and challenges. By tailoring her approach, the organization succeeds in implementing or improving systems and actualizing a measurable return on investment.
