Cultivating Wonder:

Mindfulness Retreat for Families

Meditation & Mindfulness teacher Deborah Eden Tull will lead this daylong retreat created to explore the wonder that living in the present moment offers us. What does "beginner's mind" have to teach both children and their parents? How does wonder bring us closer to each other, to the natural world, and to ourselves? And how do we bring presence and wonder to our daily lives, to work and to parenting and family interaction, to doing the laundry and to navigating the busyness of our daily lives?

This retreat, held at the magical Anneliese School in Laguna Beach, will include sitting meditation, walking meditation, play meditation, a workshop session & group discussion for parents, mindfulness games for the kids, outdoor family activities, mindful eating, and time to explore, as families, the invitation that being in the present together offers us.

Vegetarian lunch included (must register by May 8).
