This workshop was made possible by a partnership with Kid's Atelier and TRStudiosLA

Laguna resident Rebecca Faubion founded Kids' Atelier in the spring of 2013 as a new art school for ages 18 months to teens. The Laguna Beach program features classes in painting, drawing and mixed media, as well as special workshops on topics like film-making, mosaics and textile arts. With a focus on student creativing and excellence. Kids' Atelier is a unique venue for young people to grow their artistic talent.

TRStudiosLA was started by Thomas Roberts, a self-described "camera aficionado." Thomas is an accomplished cinematographer, director, and producer. He also has many years of professional lighting and sound productions experience. He's worked on projects all over the USA, the UK, Asia and recently in Haiti. He produces content for documentaries, short films, and web video. His work has appeared on television throughout the US. He is married and has two young boys. Thomas has been making films since age 12.
