Cooperative Finance focusing on the key decisions involved in (1) investing in assets, (2) capital structure, (3) working capital, (4) profit distribution, and (4) equity management. We'll be introduced to new tools for making these decisions, including the DuPont model for managing returns on assets, and th Goodwin formula for managing return on equity.

Case Studies covering successful and failed,cooperatives with Dr. Michael Boland. This year: Farmers' Rice, Humboldt Creamery, and Oregon Cherry.
