10th Annual Ladies Retreat & Stamp Camp

It's that time! Time to gather your best crafting buddies and register to join the fun this year for the 10th Annual Ladies' Retreat & Stamp Camp at Ridgecrest Conference Center. Three full days of unlimited time to get your projects finished.  We are headed back to the mountains this year with a short 2 hour drive to get away.

Friday, November 11-Sunday, November 13, 2016

Doors Open at 10:00am on Friday.  Lunch is an optional fee for your convenience if you plan to arrive by 12:00pm, otherwise you will need to travel up the mountain to Black Mountain to grab a bite.   Dinner is from 5:30-6:30pm

The retreat will end at 5:00pm on Sunday.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Sunday.

It's a quick walk from our Mountain Laurel accomodations by a covered, open walkway to our conference room and dining hall.

• Single Room : $399.00
• Double Room: $299.00
• Triple Room:    $272.00

Retreat Fee Includes:
- Room accomodations: 2 queen size beds with private bath
- 3 full day use of conference room- and use of 6' table space.

 -Limited refreshments will be served this year, with packaged chips, nuts and fresh fruit.  Hot water will be available with tea choices and bottled water.  

 

 

 

OUR CONFERENCE ROOM FOR THE WEEKEND

-Large, well lit, undisturbed space to stamp, sew, scrap or create  for the whole weekend

 

in Johnson Springs Conference Room 
-WiFi available in Conference Room for free
-A retreat goody bag full of fun surprises
-Fun surprises throughout the weekend
-My Stampin' Up! Store will offer Retired Designer Series Paper per sheet, retired ribbons by the yard   and retired accessories by the piece for sale.
-Use of punches and Big Shot Dies throughout the weekend.
-Optional: Project Classes will be available for an additional charge to cover materials.

 

Classes are held at separate tables throughout the weekend.

• Please note the card choices for the Christmas Card Buffet will be sent out to those interested on October 30.  Please be sure to mark the option to receive further information.
  
• Class times are flexible which allows you to be creative when you want to.

Would you like to participate in a Full Card Swap with other retreat campers?

• You will use all Stampin' Up! product to make your card, and can use retired product.  We will get a count of how many want to participate, and you will make that many cards and in return receve that many.
