Get Fit is joining the the MOVchallenge to help you meet your fitness goals!  The MOVband® is a wrist-worn, pocket, or ankle activity monitor designed to increase daily activity through goal setting.  It's an effective way to connect with your Dietitian, and also provides an online community to motivate one another.

*CWRU Employee Wellness Incentive!  Participation in the Get Fit for Life with Nutrition program is a great way to earn the 2014 CWRU Wellness program $100 financial incentive for weight management / nutrition.   

**CWRU/UH Employees - We now offer monthly payments via PAYROLL DEDUCTION as an option for payment. The payment will be split into (3) equal payments of $104.00 or $124.00 depending on your membership status. The first payment will be due prior to the start of the program. The remaining payments will be deducted from the following 2 paychecks. (CWRU deductions will be taken from the 10/31 and 11/28 paychecks. UH deductions will be taken from the 10/17 and 11/20 paychecks.)
