Each Exhibit Hall Vendor Booth includes:
8' x 10' booth space
8' high flame resistant back wall drape
3' high flame resistant side rail drape
(1) 6 ft. table (additional tables or 8' tables provided on request)
(1) blue table drape (upon request)
(2) side chairs
(1) 7" x 44" identification sign (upon request)

Back drapes are not available in all spaces, due to windows and existing hotel furniture.

NO SIGNAGE MAY BE HUNG OR TAPED TO ANY HOTEL WALLS or DOORS.
Freight Information for Vendors
Pacificon has contracted this year with Western Event Services for pipe & drape and freight handling. You should receive an exhibitor kit from Western Event Services after registering for the event. If you have questions, please contact them at: orders@WesternEventService.com, or by calling (510) 430-0510.
All vendors must fill out a form CDTFA-410-D Rev.9

Requests for specific locations will be handled on an individual basis. Every effort will be made to place vendors in requested location or to accommodate special requests. Please indicate preferences and requests on registration form.
Need to cancel? Request refund at vendors@pacificon.org. No refunds for reserved vendor spaces after Sept. 28; registration fee may be applied to next year upon request.
