PACIFICON 2023 PRICING

Each Exhibit Hall Vendor Booth includes:

8' x 10' booth space

8' high flame resistant back wall drape

3' high flame resistant side rail drape

(1) 6 ft. table (additional tables or 8' tables provided on request)

(1) blue table drape (upon request)

(2) side chairs

(1) 7" x 44" identification sign (upon request)

COST: $400.00/space

 

EXHIBIT HALL BOOTH OPTION #2 - CONTRA COSTA SALON 1

Cost:  $300/space

 

SOLD OUT HALLWAY TABLE OPTION #3 - BISHOP RANCH HALLWAY 

(1) 6' table, 2 side chairs

Table drape upon request

No Electricity provided (some locations have outlet access)

Back drapes are not available in all spaces, due to windows and existing hotel furniture.

Side rails provided if requested in advance

Cost:  $250/space

NO SIGNAGE MAY BE HUNG OR TAPED TO ANY HOTEL WALLS or DOORS.

 

Freight Information for Vendors

Pacificon has contracted this year with Western Event Services for pipe & drape and freight handling.  You should receive an exhibitor kit from Western Event Services after registering for the event.  If you have questions, please contact them at:  orders@WesternEventService.com, or by calling (510) 430-0510.


All vendors must fill out a form CDTFA-410-D Rev.9

Option 3Hand the signed form to the Vendor Coordinator during the event.  Blank forms will be available.


Requests for specific locations will be handled on an individual basis.  Every effort will be made to place vendors in requested location or to accommodate special requests.  Please indicate preferences and requests on registration form.  

 

Need to cancel?  Request refund at vendors@pacificon.org. No refunds for reserved vendor spaces after Sept. 28; registration fee may be applied to next year upon request.

 

 

More Information for Vendors!!  Please Read!!
  • Booths are assigned in the order of paid vendor registration.  Assignments are not confirmed until payment is received, whether on line, by credit card, or by check.
  • Booth layout and assignments may be changed before or during the show at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator.  This particularly applies to the Bishop Ranch Hallway, Contra Costa Hallway, and the Contra Costa Salon 1 hall.  This is to accommodate late vendor and non-profit registrations and to ensure reasonable foot traffic to all vendors.
  • Blue table drapes will be provided, at no additional charge, only if requested on the registration forms.  Many vendors bring their own table covers.
  • Transactions are between the vendor and the customer.  Pacificon bears no responsibility for remediation of a dispute; however, we may contact the vendor or the customer in order to assist with resolution and to preserve the reputations of the vendor and Pacificon.
