Each Non-profit display table includes:

(1) 6 ft. table

(2) side chairs

NO Electricity / NO Security Provided

Based on availability, located in Bishop Ranch or Contra Costa Hallway, or Contra Costa Salon 1.

Cost is $0.00 (each)

NO SIGNAGE MAY BE HUNG OR TAPED TO ANY HOTEL WALLS/DOORS.

Requests for specific locations will be handled on an individual basis.  All attempts will be made to place you in your requested location.  Please indicate preference on registration form. 

All associates and guests must register as attendees.

• Booths are assigned in the order of registration.  
• Booth layout and assignments may be changed before or during the show at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator.  This particularly applies to the Bishop Ranch Hallway, Contra Costa Hallway, and the Contra Costa Salon 1 hall.  This is to accommodate late vendor and non-profit registrations and to ensure reasonable foot traffic to all vendors and non-profits.
• Non-profits may accept donations and/or payment for membership in the group (if membership requires payment), but may not accept payment for goods or services.
