About Colleen
Colleen joined AgScape ® (then Ontario Agri-Food Education Inc.) in 2008 as their Executive Director, where she currently leads a team of eight staff.

Colleen is a contributing member with the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council, part of the Career Implementation Team for Food and Beverage Ontario, and a founding member of the Canadian Agriculture in the Classroom groupWhile Colleen is passionate about issues that surround food security and sustainability - which she tags as a priority issue for our planet - she is uniquely committed to delivering unbiased agri-food messaging to Ontario’s educators and students.  Her focus continues to be on providing Gen z with the tools they’ll require to become truly ‘literate’ about the food they eat - how it’s grown and processed - and about the career opportunities available in the agri-food sector.  Her experience in management, marketing, media, sales, training and operations has given her a unique perspective on the business of agriculture.  Combined with her extensive training in assessing personality styles, she also has expertise in emotional intelligence awareness and testing.  Together, these skills provide Colleen with the insight and ability to team-build and strengthen an organization to deliver results in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
