Please Join Us for Some Holiday Cheer
Diabetes Style!

Who: Idaho’s youth and grown-ups with type 1 diabetes and their families

What: Dinner, Christmas carols, crafts & photos with Santa

When: Saturday, December 12^th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Where: Covenant Presbyterian Church: 4848 N. Five Mile Rd. in Boise

Cost: Free! This event is hosted by Idaho Diabetes Youth Programs and

the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Please bring a wrapped gift for each of your children
($10 limit/gift) as we will be having a visit from Santa!
